Welcome to Easy Booking Cleaner. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the residential cleaning services ("Services") provided by Easy Booking Cleaner ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to you ("Customer," "you," or "your").


By booking a service or utilizing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.

1. Services Provided


Easy Booking Cleaner offers a variety of residential cleaning solutions in the State of New York, including:


  • Standard Home Cleaning
  • Deep House Cleaning
  • Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
  • Emergency Same-Day Cleaning


The specific scope of each cleaning is defined during the booking process. Any additional tasks requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

2. Booking & Scheduling


  • Appointments: Bookings can be requested online or via phone. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text from us.
  • Arrival Windows: While we strive to arrive precisely at the scheduled time, please allow a [e.g., 30-to-60-minute] arrival window to accommodate traffic, parking, or unexpected delays from prior appointments.

3. Pricing & Payments


  • Pricing: Rates are based on the size of the home, its current condition, and the type of service requested. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from the description provided during booking.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. We accept credit/debit cards and other approved electronic payment methods.
  • Late Fees: Outstanding balances not settled within 48 hours of service completion may incur a late fee.

4. Cancellation Policy


We reserve time specifically for your home. If you need to cancel, please provide adequate notice so we can reassign our professionals.


  • More than 24 Hours Notice: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
  • Lockouts: If our team arrives and cannot access the property (or is turned away at the door), it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the full or partial service fee will apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities


To ensure the best possible clean, the Customer agrees to:


  • Access: Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time (via key, lockbox, code, or being present).
  • Utilities: Ensure that running water, electricity, and climate control (heating/cooling) are fully functional inside the home.
  • Securing Valuables: Secure and put away highly fragile items, cash, jewelry, and irreplaceable heirlooms prior to our arrival.
  • Pets: Secure any aggressive or highly anxious pets for the safety of our staff and your animals.

6. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee


Your satisfaction is our top priority.


  • If you are unsatisfied with any area we cleaned, please notify us via email at easybooking@gmail.com or phone within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will gladly return to inspect and re-clean the specific area of concern at no additional cost to you.
  • Please note that refunds are generally not issued in lieu of a re-clean.

7. Damage & Liability Policy


  • Bonded & Insured: Easy Booking Cleaner is fully bonded and insured.
  • Accidents: Our cleaning professionals treat your home with the utmost care. However, if an accident occurs and something is damaged or broken, we will notify you immediately.
  • Limitation of Liability: Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improperly installed or unstable fixtures (e.g., loose shelves, blinds, ceiling fans), or items that were already damaged prior to our arrival.

8. Direct Hiring Prohibitions


The Customer agrees not to independently solicit, hire, or contract any cleaning professional introduced to them by Easy Booking Cleaner for private services outside of our company platform for a period of one year following the last service date. A referral/finder's fee may apply if this provision is breached.

9. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
